Oh Hay There! We are still hopping and thumping along!
All our bunny servants are safely isolating and adhering to the advice of government and health officials. Please allow up to five business days for your order to process because of the extra precautions. We are still making toys and goodies for humans and bunnies, however there are a few temporary changes.
You many notice your package shipping from a different country than usual. We are working with our shipping partners in Canada, US, Mexico, and Europe to make sure your items get to you amidst various shut downs. Please reassure your bunnies that their items will get there as soon as pawsible! US orders of toys and masks may take a few days to reach a USPS postal office as we navigate various closures.
Temporary changes have been to our shipping system to navigate closures. Due to these changes, USPS Priority Mail for smaller packages may not be avalible. Please contact us for more information if you receive a package using a shipping service that differs from what you selected when you placed your order.
We try to estimate shipping costs as best we can. Additional shipping costs have always gone towards keeping wholesale orders to non-profit rescues free.
Returns are being handled on a case by case basis. Our regular method of shipping/ incoming has been interrupted so we many not be able to take returns because of this. Please contact us if you have any issues with your order and we will do our best to help!
Your order may experience a short delay in processing. Some of our material suppliers are no longer available at this time, so we are trying to source from other companies. Most noticeably, the regular wood balls we use are now made without coloring. This will be our regular until our supplier is accessible again.
We will contact you if any other materials need to be swapped out.
We always make our treats to order as we believe this ensures freshness and quality. However, this means purchasing produce as needed. With the current crisis, we are limiting the amount of trips we take outside and are therefore discontinuing treats for the time being.
There are some delays with items that are printed on demand, and we can not guarantee a delivery time with these products—but you will receive them! Our suppliers are taking extra sanitation procedures are are working with reduced staff for safety.
We are still available for limited local deliveries. However we have moved to non-contact deliveries—we can leave your order in your building lobby, outside your door, or anywhere else you prefer.* As usual, you will receive an email when your order is ready with the times and dates available. We are still only delivering within Vancouver city limits (including UBC).
*Update March 29, 2021: Due to new restrictions applying to indoor spaces, our delivery team will not be travelling up elevators for delivery. If you live in an apartment building kindly come down to the lobby to receive your order.
