Service Agreement and Waiver

Napoleon Bunnyparte pet care provides rabbit sitting services. For the purposes of the contract, the term "Napoleon Bunnyparte" refers to the company. The term "client" refers to the pet owner and/or homeowner who are engaging the services of Napoleon Bunnyparte. The term "pet" (in both singular and plural forms) means any animal under the care of Napoleon Bunnyparte

As the client, I understand that potential harm could occur to my pet while in the care of Napoleon Bunnyparte. I agree to release and hold harmless Napoleon Bunnyparte from all liability including its owner or employees, should my pet become lost, injured should my home suffer any damage not due to any negligence on Napoleon Bunnyparte part.

l, hereby grant permission to Napoleon Bunnyparte to act on my behalf, and in my pet’s best interest, by obtaining veterinary care, should deem it necessary for the health and well being of my pet. I further agree to pay for / or reimburse the cost of any and all veterinary or reasonable necessary services whose costs Napoleon Bunnyparte may incur. Further, l attest that my pets are up-to-date on all Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease vaccinations and will provide proof of it. l also, attest that my pet does not suffer from any life threatening or contagious condition that may be exacerbated by exposure to other pets, or expose other animals to undue risk while in Napoleon Bunnyparte’s care.

Understanding the risks as stated above, I freely and voluntarily enter into this contract, including the release and waiver, with Napoleon Bunnyparte. This contract is full and complete and hereby agree to these terms.

To avoid dietary and lifestyle interruptions, I understand that I am to provide all food and supplies for my rabbit(s) while I am away. Should supplies need to be restocked while I am away, I agree to reimburse Napoleon Bunnyparte according to any provided receipts. Hay and pine litter pellets will be charged according to the latest prices listed on our online store.

If your regular vet is unavailable, we will take your pet(s) to West Boulevard Veterinary Clinic

After Hour's Emergency

In cases of emergency after hours, we will take your rabbit first to VCA Canada Vancouver Animal Emergency Centre (2303 Alberta Street), or Burrard Animal Hospital + Emergency (1788 Broadway, #105) if the former is unavailable.

Vetrinary Care Authorization

If any of the pets named above becomes ill or is injured, I request that Napoleon Bunnyparte take the pets to a veterinarian listed above. I give permission for pet sitter to approve treatment to the amount below (please input in below field) I will assume full responsibility upon my return for payment and / or reimbursement for veterinary services up to the above stated amount. If neither of the veterinary offices named above is available, I authorize Napoleon Bunnyparte to take my pet(s) to another veterinarian for treatment. I understand that the pet sitter cannot be held responsible for the results of the veterinary treatment or the loss of my pet(s). This agreement is valid starting on the date below whenever Napoleon Bunnyparte cares for my pets.

Key Release

I authorize Napoleon Bunnyparte to use my house key during the time they will be caring for my pet(s).

In the event that Napoleon Bunnyparte is required to employ a locksmith to gain entry into my premises due to malfunction of the lock, key or failure to leave a key, it shall be my responsibility to reimburse any expenses incurred upon my return.

Napoleon Bunnyparte maintains the upmost integrity and security of our client’s privacy and key access. Your keys will be returned to you upon completion of services.
